These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all sessions and services (collectively referred to as “the Services”) provided by Serene Harmony Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “the Salon”).By booking or participating in any session, you agree to these Terms in full.

Booking and Confirmation

​

Once your booking and payment have been completed through our booking system on this webisite, you will receive a Booking Confirmation Email containing your Zoom access link.

If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes, your booking may not have been successfully processed. Please contact us by email or Instagram message for assistance.

A Reminder Email will also be sent automatically 24 hours before your scheduled session, including the Zoom link for easy access.

 

The session typically consists of two parts:

• The first half involves dialogue via video.

• The second half (healing) is received while you are lying down in a quiet space.

You may turn off your camera during the healing part.
Please prepare earphones or headphones, which are required for the healing segment.

Cancellation Policy

​

Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled session time.Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

​

You may cancel or reschedule your session via your online account (Login → My Page). If you cannot access your account, please contact us by email.

​

If rescheduling is necessary but no available slots remain, please email us — we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

If no alternative time can be arranged, the session must be cancelled (up to 48 hours before start time).

If you expect to be late, please inform us in advance.

If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will be considered cancelled.
Minor time adjustments (within ±30 minutes) may be possible upon request.

Payment Terms

​

All sessions require full advance payment at the time of booking.Payments are accepted in GBP (British Pounds) via credit card through Stripe or bank transfer.

​

Except as provided in the cancellation policy, all payments are non-refundable.
Any concerns or disputes should be raised in writing within 7 days of the session.

Disclaimer

​

Our sessions are not medical treatments and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions.

If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified medical professional.

We do not accept clients who:

• Are currently under psychiatric or psychological treatment

• Are taking psychotropic medication

• Are pregnant

• Are not participating by their own free will

• Are unable to take personal responsibility for their spiritual process

• Are first-time male clients (unless introduced by an existing client)

The results and experiences of sessions vary between individuals.Transformations may occur in subtle or delayed ways, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Session fees are compensation for the time and energy of the session itself.We are unable to provide ongoing email consultations outside the session.

We reserve the right to decline a session at our discretion; in such cases, any payment already made will be fully refunded.
