Zoom link for the session
I don't know the ZOOM link
Once you have completed the booking process, you will receive a confirmation email containing the ZOOM link for the session.
If you do not receive the email within half an hour, your reservation may not have been processed. Please let us know by email or message us on Instagram.
A reminder email will also be sent to your registered email address 24 hours before the session begins. This email will also contain a ZOOM link for you to join, so please tap it when it is time to join.
I can't access ZOOM
If you get an error when tapping the link or are unable to enter ZOOM, please let us know by email and we will send you a new link.
I haven't received the reminder emails
An automatic email containing a "participation link" will be sent to you 24 hours before the session. If you do not receive it, please check your "spam" folder.
If you still don't have it, please let us know by email and we will send you the ZOOM link before the start of the session.
This is my first time using ZOOM
When you tap the "Join link" in the email you receive 24 hours before the event, you will be prompted to download the ZOOM app. Please click the button instructed to download the app.
If you are unable to join, please try again using the participation link in the email. Just to be on the safe side, it is a good idea to try again with plenty of time to spare.
If you can't get in when the session starts, please don't worry and send us an email .

Your reservation will be confirmed once payment is made at the time of booking. Please make the transfer within one week. Payment can be made in Japanese yen.

I want to change the reservation date and time
If there are other available rooms, you can easily change your booking by logging in and going to My Bookings .
If other dates and times are fully booked and cannot be changed, we will do our best to accommodate you, so please contact us by email .
If that doesn't work for you, you will have to cancel. (If there are less than 48 hours until the reservation date and time, we will not be able to refund you. Please let us know as soon as possible.)
I want to move my reservation time up/down a little
Changes within 30 minutes may be possible depending on the length of the sessions before and after. Please feel free to contact us by email first.
I want to cancel my reservation
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your scheduled session.
Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.
You can cancel or reschedule your session online by logging into your My Page account.
If you are unable to log in for any reason, please feel free to contact us via email, and we will assist you directly.
If you need to reschedule but find that all available time slots are fully booked, please let us know by email.
We will do our best to adjust the schedule to accommodate you.
If a suitable time cannot be arranged, you may cancel your session — provided it is at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
If you will be late, please contact us in advance.
If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, your session will be considered a cancellation.
If you wish to slightly adjust your start time (by up to about 30 minutes), we can usually accommodate this — simply email us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Preparing for and attending a session
Preparation for Healing
The first half of the session involves sitting in front of a screen and having a conversation, but the second half of the healing session involves lying down in a quiet place and relaxing.
You can turn off your camera at this time. We will keep the audio connected and explain what we will do as we go.
In healing, To enhance the soothing effects of the sound, please be sure to bring earphones or headphones .
It is also safe to lie down and receive treatment with your baby or pet.
About sleepiness after healing
The integration adjustment will continue for 24 hours after the treatment. During this time, you may feel sleepy. Please take it easy as much as you can.

How often do I need to repeat the healing?
Thank you. Generally, we recommend allowing at least two weeks for integration.
It depends on the case, but once a month is ideal for deeper release/healing for one problem or goal, but if the goal is just maintenance, it may be fine to have sessions spaced a little longer apart.
However, the things that need healing will generally come to the surface around the time and date of your reservation, so you don't need to worry too much about it.

Thanks to your support, our current situation is that after accepting reservations, we are fully booked within a few hours and have to stop accepting reservations.
We are open to take reservations about five times a year, and we announce this on our Instagram stories and feed posts.

Can I take the test in the morning or afternoon Japan time?
Unfortunately, there will be no sessions taking place at that time in the UK as it is the middle of the night.

Are the times displayed for the reservation process in Japan time?
Generally, the date and time for the country in which you are making your reservation will be automatically displayed.
(Example) If you are viewing the booking screen in the UK, it will be displayed in UK time.
On the screen displaying the reservation calendar, click "Time Zone" to select the date and time for Japan or your current country.
